Residential Alcohol and Drug Treatment Program

Brookside Institute's residential treatment program combines the advantage of an intensive clinical environment for treatment while living in a confidential and supportive executive residence. The campus format provides the maximum flexibility for treatment and experiential therapies.

This unique setting provides the maximum focus on the patient, providing extensive treatment by a nationally and internationally credentialed and licensed staff with a specialty in addictions, substance abuse and co-occurring disorders such as depression, anger and anxiety.

The residential program includes a full medical and psychological assessment, an rEEG brain wave analysis, individual and group Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, medication management, experiential therapies, family involvement, and discharge planning for long-term recovery. Experiential therapies include life skills coaching, art therapy, nutrition, relapse prevention, meditation, yoga and physical fitness.

The residential program includes weekend activities such as beach outings, golf, coastal entertainment and visits to Southern California's finest sporting and cultural events.

All transportation to and from the residence is provided. Well-balanced, nutritious meals are prepared daily by the chef and are included in program fees.

Length of stay ranges from 30 to 90 days. Extended programs are also available.
